Hope everybody had a nice Halloween. Let´s see what´s up...
A project about remaking Night of the Living Dead in 3-D, which sounds remotely interesting. check the official site .
My new found thing with silent films led me to this great site about everything related with the silent era (including dvd releases). (thanks to the sidebar of Cinematógrafo )
Also, Bloody-Disgusting is gonna make us horror geeks spend money.

3D doesn't usually work well, and remakes, well, long live originality.
3-D is kinda old school. I think the idea can work if they make something original of it. thanks for the comment.
I hate the anti-climactic end of Halloween. We should come up with one. I mean, Thanksgiving just doesn't do it and Christmas has New Years.

I agree in a almost external way. portugal doesn´t have a big tradition of halloween. usually, I do a film marathon with some friends, but they are so much fun that yeah, the end of halloween is anti-climatic
